The much ongoing clash between the two giant Directors of Indian cinema Rohit Shetty and Sanjay Leela Bhansali is the center of attraction for everybody in and out of Bollywood. Both the movies are released on 18 December, a week before Christmas and Holiday season. It is true that both movie have capability of attracting viewers, but here is a quick comparison to help you decide which movie to watch this winter season.
Dilwale has Sharukh Khan in it and that will turn out the biggest magnet in the movie to attract viewers. The story has twists and turns but it is not that strong to attract viewers a second time to the theater on its own. Rohit Shetty might have overdone his use of cars in the movie as almost 60-70% of movie scenes has cars in it. The movie is saved by the talented actors and Sharukh-Kajol jodi. Kajol is looking gorgeous. Johnny Lever and Boman Irani have done their part with Varun and Kriti Sanon giving a fresh Look to the movie. Overall it will do good in Bollywood but it is not the best of Rohit Shetty.
Bajirao Mastani on the other hand is facing a strong Competition from Dilwale but the story and its character has the ability to stand out on its own. The larger than life characters and a strong story base makes Bajirao Mastani a must watch movie of 2015. Ranvir Singh has once again proved his talent and looking confident as a Maratha warrior. There could not be a better choice of Characters and again Sanjay Leela Bhansali has proved it by choosing Deepika Padukode and Priyanka Chopra for Mastani and Kashi in the film.Both the actors have proved their talent and played their characters with full commitment. The story revolves around Bajirao and his love Mastani. Overall it is the movie which might be overshadowed by Dilwale for a while but might end up becoming more popular after the reviews of returning audiences of both Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani.
